He was outrageously convicted of manslaughter only on the grounds of diminished responsibility and detained indefinitely to custody at Broadmoor maximum secure hospital By Bristol Crown Court.But a treatment order can mean in his case in the community, I can’t find a date he was released.and Broadmoor hospital will not comment on why one of their patients on a treatment order is in Ukraine. His current whereabouts in Ukraine are unknown though believed to be along the frontline
